Who processes your data

What data we collect
When you send a request through the website form, we receive:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you provide it;
- the selected service and the task description;
- attached files (photos, drawings, models, documents).
The website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising and does not track your browsing.
Why we use the data
Only to answer your request, calculate the price and, if we reach an agreement, carry out the order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who can see the data
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. It is technically processed by the service providers we use:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and storage of request files;
- Resend — delivery of the request notification by email;
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where requests arrive.
These companies may process data outside the EU; in that case the safeguards approved by the European Commission apply (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
How long we keep the data
The request and attached files are deleted automatically from the website storage after 60 days. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet legal requirements.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it rectified or erased, restrict its processing, object to processing and receive your data in a portable format. Write to aswelders1@gmail.com — we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
Changes
If our data processing changes, we will update this policy; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
